music choice   :  It took some time to find the right song for Pegasus, given the situation he came from and his temperament, which was still hard to assess at the time. But because he had lived through the war
in Ukraine, in Irpin, and had been moved around several times—always to different people—it was difficult to connect with him at first.... He
tolerated the attention but didn’t enjoy it; he also didn’t know how to behave around the other dogs and was extremely submissive, desperate to fit in
but unsure how, so he kept acting submissively toward every dog, licking the corners of their mouths nonstop until the dog in question got fed up with it... but after about 3 or 4 weeks here
he finally found his way and began to enjoy the attention after all... and he really blossomed; he excelled at mushing and was always a cheerful, playful dog.... so he had
“conquered” the war and left it behind.... and what song fits better than Warrior  Meet:

and a bit scary for him, so we just went with Pegas because in Ukrainian, Pegasus is pronounced “pegasa,” and he already knew that. And when you see him flying around the playground,
he certainly lives up to his name.... he really zooms around....
